I really enjoyed the place, everything was great. Very central location, not very far from Castle Park. Fantastic stay in local area. Beautiful & immaculate unit with extra touches and big comfy bed plus the tea. The exceptional service and the attention to detail!

Absolutely gorgeous place, fab food offered for English breakfast. Our room was cosy and light. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like four & twenty that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The hotel met expectations, we will be back.

I visited Penrith for an overnight stay and had a perfectly pleasant experience at this hotel. The reception was nice and spotless. Piano bar was relaxing. The staff were happy to help whole time...

Facilities were pretty good, nonetheless Wi-Fi wasn't great.
